Cold brew: Steep for 2 minutes in 2 oz hot water. Add 6 oz filtered water. Infuse 4 hours in fridge.
Served hot: Steep 5 min in 4 oz of 200°F water. Add 28 oz filtered water. Steep additional 5 min.
