Every bag we sell is 100% Kona, grown on our family's farm on the slopes of Mauna Loa and roasted here on the island. No blends. No shortcuts. That's not a marketing line, it's just how we've always done it.
Extra Fancy is the top grade in the Kona system. The largest beans, the fewest defects, the top 20% of the harvest. Our light-roast is bright, clean, and smooth, with the natural sweetness that Arabica Typica trees have been producing in this volcanic soil for generations.
